A Prebid Conference will be held on April 8, 2015 at 1:30 pm at the Pender Community Hospital, 1st Floor Education Room, Pender, Nebraska. All bidders are encouraged to attend and observe the existing conditions. At the discretion of the owner, a bidder may be rejected if they had not attended the walk through. Due to the nature of this facility, there will be no other time scheduled for observation of the existing conditions.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Pender Community Hospital shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work for the "MRI ROOM INSTALLATION" project for the Pender Community Hospital in Pender, Nebraska; That said bids shall be received by the "General Contractor" until 2:00 pm, April 21, 2015 in the office of the General Contractor, OTTE Construction, Wayne, Nebraska 68787. ALL submitted Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Pender Community Hospital at 3:00 PM, April 21, 2015.

The work consists of, but is not limited to: concrete slabs on grade, structural steel frame supporting steel roof joists and metal deck. Roofing will be adhered EPDM membrane roofing over insulation. Exterior materials required include painted CMU, EIFS & aluminum entrances. Interior materials include metal studs and gypsum board, batt insulation, aluminum doors & frames, wood doors & hollow metal frames, interior finishes, casework, radiation protection, plumbing, fire protection, heating-ventilating, electrical systems, lighting and communication-alarm-signal systems. Site work includes grading, utilities, asphalt and concrete paving and miscellaneous improvements.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
Bidders may also obtain a CD
with PDF copies of the plans and specifications from the Architect by submitting a request to
biddocs@cwparchitects.com or at (402) 551-1500. A non-refundable fee in the amount of $25 per CD and a fully executed Digital Data Agreement (supplied by the Architect) is required to process digital document requests.
CD's ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH A&D TECHNICAL SUPPLY CO., INC.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is requested, a non-refundable fee determined by Carlson West Povondra Architects will be required.
