Box 10, Eureka, SD 57437, before 2 pm Central time on April 16, 2015, at which time and place the bids will be opened for the following project: Eureka School Addition.

Summary Project Description: A 16,500 +/- s.f. single-story addition to Eureka Elementary School (Phase I), and demolition of existing High School building (Phase II)



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from Printer, A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A Refundable Deposit of $200.00 will be required to obtain Bidding Documents.
Checks made payable to Puetz Corporation.

If shipping is required, there will be a non-refundable fee of $40.00 for each set shipped. Checks for shipping shall be made out to A&D Technical Supply Co.

CD's & Downloads of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $40.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
BID DOCUMENTS MUST BE RETURNED TO PUETZ CORPORATION IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A REFUND.
