Public Notes:
The Work involves all Construction indicated on the drawings and specifications,
included but not limited to the following:
Construction of walls, floors, roofs, structural systems, mechanical systems,
electrical systems, interior and exterior finishes and
associated site work for a new middle school and YMCA. Work
also involves furnishing all labor, materials and equipment
for site grading and public sanitary sewer,
water main, storm sewer, paving improvements and other
miscellaneous items to complete the Yankee Woods Drive
and Jensen Park Construction project per plans and specifications.
