PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on March 31, 2015 at 9:00 AM in the Commons area of the High School to discuss the project, followed by a walk-through of the High School and Middle School.

Bid Info:   Bids will be received only at South Sioux City Community Schools Administrative Office, 210 West 39th Street, South Sioux City, NE 68776. Bids must be received at or before 2:00 PM, Wednesday, April 8, 2015. Bids will not be received after that time. Offers will be opened publicly immediately after the time for receipt of bids.

Project Location: South Sioux City, Nebraska

Public Notes:
This project includes replacement of one switchboard in the High School and one switchboard in the Middle School. Panelboards will be replaced in the High School, Middle School and Dakota City Elementary. Panelboards, feeders and related work are added at designated locations.



Job Purchase Information:
Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Alvine Engineering.
Only Complete Sets of Contract Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads are NOT available for this project.

If shipping of Contract Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Deposits will be refunded to successful contractors upon award of contract.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a qualified bid is submitted and the Bid Documents are returned to Alvine Engineering within 15 calendar days of the bid determination.
