Project Description:
The work consists of all Construction indicated on the drawings
and specifications for the Old Gym Cooling project
at Pius X High School, including but not limited to the
following components: selective demolition, structural bracing, roof
modifications, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
and other miscellaneous construction.

Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the
Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work
within the Contract Time. Work inside the school shall
be allowed to begin on May 25, 2015. Substantial Completion of the project
shall be on or before August 14, 2015.
