Project Description:
Project consists of The work will include a new multipurpose pre- engineered metal building
with minimal finish work, a traditional classroom addition and limited remodel of existing classrooms
and other adjacent spaces.
The new multipurpose space is approximately 2,130 SF,
the approximate classroom addition size is 5,970 SF, lower level
classrooms to be remodeled are approximately 1,950 SF.
Project cost range is anticipated to be under $1,500,000.
