PROJECT INFORMATION:
Project Identification: OSCC Abatement and Building Demolition
Project Location: Structures and Property previously occupied by Omaha Steel Castings Company at 4601 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska.
Owner: Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska
Consultant: Terracon Consultants, Inc.
The Work consists of Asbestos and other Regulated Materials abatement from abandoned structures on the previous Omaha Steel Castings Company site as well as the demolition of those structures down to the footings and foundations. All materials shall be hauled away from the site and disposed/recycled in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
