Public Notes:
Scope of Work: The project consists of approximately 10,000 SF of renovation. The scope of work is divided into three areas located to the East and Center portion of the University of Nebraska at Kearney - Student Union Building.

Area 1: Approximately 2,800 SF of corridor and game area will have some demolition of framing/finish, and minor mechanical and electrical demolition; new construction in this area will be adjust existing mechanical, new electric heat, modification of existing fire protection, new lighting and power, new decorative ceiling and architectural elements, new interior store front, new glass wall partition and new flooring.
Area 2: Approximately 3,300 SF; demolition of existing flooring and wall base; install new flooring, wall base and paint.
Area 3: Approximately 3,900 SF; demolition of existing flooring and wall base; install new flooring and wall base.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF THE ARCHITECT, WILKINS HINRICHS STOBER ARCHITECTS, 2908 West 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, NE 68845 within 45 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
