Bid Info:   Subcontractor/Supplier proposals for new construction of the Royal View Mixed-Use Community to be located on the southeast corner of highway 6/31 and Lincoln Road in Gretna, Nebraska will be received by GDI, LLC until 4:00 P.M., Tuesday, April, 21, 2015. Project consists of approximately 21 acres of site preparation, infrastructure, paving and landscape for the Royal View Mixed-Use community development.

A Refundable check in the amount of $50.00 per set is required for this project.
