The work consists of all Construction indicated on the drawings
and specifications, including but not limited to the following:
Site preparation, roadway and streetscape construction for an area
generally located on Park Avenue between Neal Street and Fifth Street.
The components of the project shall include the following items, as well as other
trades as documented in the contract documents. Selective demolition, cast-in-place
concrete, site accessories, earthwork-grading operations,
erosion and sediment control, concrete paving and curbs, asphalt paving,
pavement markings, traffic signal improvements, unit paving, retaining walls,
unit masonry, signage, underground sprinkler system, bioretention and other
planting areas, landscaping, storm drainage, and lighting.
