The work consists of all Construction indicated on the drawings and specifications,
including but not limited to the following: Site preparation, grading, storm sewer, roadway
and sidewalk construction and planting area earthwork/grading
for an area generally located on Park Avenue between the terminus of the State maintenance
of Park Avenue near Neal Street (on the south) to approximately Fifth Street
(on the north). The components of the project shall include the following
items, as well as other trades as documented in the contract documents.
Selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete, earthwork-grading operations, erosion
and sediment control, concrete paving and curbs, asphalt milling and paving,
retaining walls, pavement markings, preparation of bioretention
and other planting areas (not including landscaping), seeding,
and storm drainage.
