PreBid Info:   There will be a pre-bid conference on Wednesday March 18, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Glad Tidings Church, 7415 Hickory Street, Omaha, NE for the purpose of answering questions and walking the site. All Bidders are invited and urged to attend, it is mandatory that all Electrical and Roofing sub-contractors attend to be eligible to bid.

Public Notes:
Vacanti and Randazzo Contractors, Inc. is acting as the General Contractor for this project. They will receive sealed bids for the construction of a new two-story classroom and youth hall addition to Glad Tidings Church located at 7415 Hickory Street. In addition, the work includes the renovation of the lower level classroom wing and the modification of the existing north parking lot.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A Refundable Deposit of $100.00

Checks made payable to Vacanti & Randazzo Contractors, Inc.

Documents must be returned complete and in "like new" condition within 30 days of the bid opening to obtain a refund.



If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $30.00 per set.

CD's and Downloads of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $25.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.

All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.


If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per CD.


You may use a credit card for purchases of CD's & Downloads on this project.
