Sealed Bids for the construction of the Dam Site 15A and Associated Improvements will be received, by Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District (P-MRNRD), at the office of the P-MRNRD at 8901 South 154th Street, Omaha, NE 68138, until 10:00 AM local time on March 31, 2015, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project includes the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of the following: Dam Site 15A Main Dam consisting of 586,000 cubic yards of embankment; Water Quality Basin and 180th Street consisting of 111,250 cubic yards of embankment; sanitary sewer construction consisting of 3,420 LF of sanitary sewer pipe and a siphon system under the North Branch West Papillion Creek; Ida Street reconstruction consisting of 253,500 cubic yards of embankment and 5,100 SY of 8-in. concrete pavement; Ida Street Bridge consisting of 270-foot, 3-span NU-1600 girder bridge; recreational facilities consisting of 30,800 SY of 6-inch trail pavement; 13,100 SY of concrete parking lot and access road pavement, 3,720 SY of boat ramp; installation of a removal boat dock, 2 picnic shelters and 2 vault bathrooms; fishery enhancements consisting of grading and installation of 33,700 tons of rock riprap, fencing consisting of approximately 55,700 LF of woven wire fence; seeding consisting of 480 acres of permanent seeding; 470 tree plantings, and associated site work. Quantities are provided for information only. The Contractor is responsible for verification of quantities.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $110.00 (for an 11x17 set) OR $175.00 (for a 22x34 set) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, please contact the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. to determine the cost of shipping and handling charges.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
