PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Work includes the construction of a new 4 story self storage facility.
The Work includes demolition of existing storage facilities and construction of a new multi-story storage facility.
A pre-engineered structure is being provided by Mako Steel including light gauge steel floor joists, steel roof joists, metal decking, metal stud framing and metal roofing, canopy, flashing, gutters and downspouts.
Refer to bid proposal for separate bids that are being taken for various portions of the work.
Multiple contractor mobilizations, at no additional cost to Owner, may be required to accommodate sequence of construction and project schedule.
Bidders and suppliers will need to coordinate material deliveries and installations with Owner's schedule.
