Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received by Papillion-La Vista School District at the Papillion-La Vista School District Office, 420 South Washington Street, Papillion, Nebraska, until 2:00 PM, March 18, 2015, for furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment required for the project designated as Trumble Park Elementary School & Papillion Junior High School Public Improvements, and all other work necessary or incidental thereto, as per plans and specifications on file at the office of Lamp, Rynearson & Associates, Inc., at which time Bids will be publicly opened, read aloud and tabulated.

Project Location: Papillion, Nebraska

Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows:

The work described in these Specifications shall consist of Grading, Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer, Paving and all related appurtenances as shown on the Drawings and as described herein.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Papillion-La Vista School District. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 10 calendar days of the Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
