3. Place: Central Community College - Grand Island Campus Board Room, 3134 West Highway 34, Grand Island, Nebraska.
Offers will be opened publicly immediately after the time for receipt of bids. The Owner will consider the bids received for the furnishing of said labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper construction of the aforesaid project.

The Project consists of a renovation at the Hamilton Building on the Central Community College - Hastings Campus. Work includes approximately 6,000 SF of interior remodel and a new exterior canopy. Exterior work includes demolition of existing pavement and construction of new concrete pavement and entrance canopy. Interior work includes classrooms, offices and support spaces. New construction includes but is not limited to masonry brick, EPDM roofing, metal stud walls, aluminum storefront, hollow metal windows and doors, casework, finishes including paint, carpet and resilient flooring, and associated miscellaneous mechanical, plumbing and electrical equipment and devices.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF THE ARCHITECT, WILKINS HINRICHS STOBER ARCHITECTS, 2908 West 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, NE 68845 within 15 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
