Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of the Lewis Central West Stadium Bleacher Expansion project located at 3820 Harry Langdon Blvd. before 2:00 PM local standard time on Thursday, the 19th day of March, 2015. Bids should be submitted to the Owner at the Educational Resource Center (ERC) located at 4121 Harry Langdon Blvd.

Project Description:

Bid includes the addition of a 312 seat grandstand/bleacher section, concrete footings, sidewalk and associated grading work. It is intended that the work be completed by August 10, 2015. Refer to Section 011000 - Summary, of the Project Manual for more information.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to LCCS. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders are allowed.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, to the office of BVH Architects within 15 business days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
