Bid Info:   Bids signed and under seal, executed, dated, and submitted for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the SEM School Renovation and Addition - West Gym Upgrade will be received until 2:00 p.m., March 26, 2015, in the Sumner Eddyville Miller School Office. Offers will be opened publicly immediately after the time for receipt of bids.

Project Location: Sumner, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The work consists of the installation of new sports equipment and court markings, including a retractable overhead dividing curtain, new volleyball poles and standards, and retractable basketball goals, all in the existing competition gymnasium at Sumner Eddyville Miller School.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $75.00 payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF PAULSEN INC., 1116 East Hwy 30, Cozad, NE 69130 within 15 calendar days of bid determination to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
