Project Description:
This project consists of the construction of a 11,900 SF
office addition to the North side of the existing Swanson Russell
building. The addition is arranged with two stories of offices space
above parking space on the ground level.
It is a steel structure on castin- place foundations.
The addition and existing will be considered one building.

There are 6 Pre-Selected General Contractors

Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing
their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds
required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and
Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable
to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
