Project consists of the construction of a new 50' x 80' (approx. 4,000 SF) Sherwin-Williams paint store.
Work to include: footings, slab-on-grade, unit masonry, structural steel framing, steel joist, metal decking, misc. metals, rough carpentry, building insulation, foamed-in-place masonry wall insulation, EIFS, under-slab vapor barrier, single-ply TPO, flashing and sheetmetal, metal roofing, metal doors and frames, wood and plastic doors, entrances and storefronts, hardware, glazing, metal framing systems, gypsum board, tiling, painting, specialties, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork and lawn sprinkler system.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
