Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal to the Owner for the National Willa Cather Center / Moonblock Building - Phase 2, located at 425, 433 and 437 North Webster Street in Red Cloud, Nebraska, before 2:00 PM local time on Wednesday, April 8, 2015. At that time, Bids will be privately opened.

Project Description:

The project consists of the Renovation and Restoration of the existing building and the construction of an Addition. The existing building is 2 stories above grade with a full basement space below grade. Each floor is approximately 12,100 SF in size. The Addition will also be 2 stories above grade, with a basement. The approximate size of the Addition is 1,275 SF per floor. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The project is subject to review and approval of the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and the National Park Service (NPS). NPS Historic Preservation Guidelines will be utilized as indicated in the drawings and specifications.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to BVH Architects. A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 15 business days of Bid Opening, in good condition, to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
