Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
Upchurch Elementary is served by a water source heat pump system. Heat pump condensate is collected and discharged to several aboce ceiling hub drains throughout the building. During the winter months, the hub drains dry out and allow sewer gas to enter the building. The District desires to install trap primers to mitigate the situation. The project includes but is not limited to the following major elements:

-Installation of domestic cold water piping, isolation valves and automatic control valves.
-Connection of automatic control valves to existing DDC system.

The temperature controls for this site shall be provided by Engineered Controls, Inc. of Omaha, Nebraska.
