Summary of Work: This is the first phase of a 272 unit apartment complex, which consists of eight (8) plex wood framed buildings (64 units). the wood constructed buildings shall include reinforced and unreinforced concrete, wood siding/fascia/soffits, metal flashing, asphalt shingles, exterior and interior paint, joint sealants, metal exterior rails, composite decking, landscape items, carpet, ceramic and vinyl tile, drywall, pre-finished doors and trim, vinyl windows, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, and utilities.
