Public Notes:
1. Project consists of constructing a new single-story elementary school
of approximately 80,000 sf plus an additional basement level room
and mezzanine space for mechanical equipment.
2.The work includes perimeter insulated precast concrete
wall panels, masonry veneer and metal wall panel exterior cladding,
interior CMU and gypsum board partitions, steel
joists/deck roof construction,
modified bitumen roof system, ground-loop heat-pump HVAC system, fire sprinkler
system, installation of ower purchased food service equipment, and interior finishes.
3.Site work includes, but not limited to, cutting, filling, and grading the site;
concrete parking surface, drives, walkways; site lighting; fencing;
and landscape work.
