Sealed bids will be received in the boardroom of Wheat Belt Public Power District, 2104 Illinois Street, Sidney, Nebraska 69162, until 1:00 p.m. mountain time, the 24th day of March, 2015 for the New Headquarters Building for Wheat Belt Public Power District. All bids, properly received, will be opened at that time in an open and public letting. The owner's representative will review all bids with the architect with the intent of awarding a contract for all construction to the lowest or most advantageous responsible bidder.

Only complete sets of Electronic Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set electronic orders are allowed.
If hard copies are required for your use, they may be obtained at your expense by ordering directly from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
To be eligible to print select sheets, you must first purchase a CD or Electronic Download containing the complete set of Bid Documents.

If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
