Scope of Work:
The project includes a 13,500 total square foot addition to the existing Saline County Courthouse in Wilber, NE.
The limestone-clad addition is comprised of four floors of new construction and one sub-grade basement
and will include a new stair tower and elevator.
In addition, there will be extensive renovation
occurring within the existing Courthouse in order to
accommodate renovated offices and new mechanical and hvac work.
The scope also includes the construction of a parking lot
across the street from the Courthouse.
The Courthouse is to remain open during construction and renovation.
