Public Notes:
The Work includes:
1. Replacement of the elevator controller, pump and associated equipment.
The new equipment will be located in a new dedicated room
which will meet the State of Nebraska elevator codes.
Additional work on the elevator and elevator shaft are
included to bring these areas up to current elevator codes.
A laundry room is included in the project.

Construction begins
subsequent the Owner Notice to Proceed to Contractor:
1. Anticipated Starting Date: Monday, April 6, 2015.
2. Anticipated Substantial Completion Date:
Friday, July 31, 2015.
