Sealed proposals will be received in the office of Ehrhart Griffin & Associates, 142 West Broadway, Suite 136, Council Bluffs, Iowa 51503, until 3:00 p.m. on the 12th day of March 2015, for the furnishing of all labor, materials, use of Contractor's equipment and all else necessary to construct properly all of the improvements within the improvement generally designated Hills of Cedar Creek Southeast - Phase 2, Excavation, Pavement, Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer, Council Bluffs, Iowa.
At such hour, or as soon as practicable thereafter, the Engineer will proceed to open in private and consider the bids received for the furnishing of such labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the proper construction of such improvements.

The Project generally includes approximately 666 L.F. of 8" PVC sanitary sewer; 421 L.F. of sanitary sewer service; 61 L.F. of 12" RCP Storm Sewer Pipe; 2 storm inlets; 5,175 S.Y. of granular base; and 4, 822 S.Y. of 7" PCC Pavement; 3,384 C.Y. of on-site excavation; 1,931 C.Y. of earthwork import and embankment and 300 C.Y. of sediment removal.
