YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that St. Gerald's Catholic School shall receive sealed bids for the proposed re-roofing work at the existing St. Gerald's Catholic School located at 7857 Lakeview Street, Ralston, NE 68127; That said, bids shall be received at the Church Office, 7859 Lakeview Street, Ralston, NE 68127 by the Owner until 2:00 PM on March 12, 2015. Bids shall be addressed to the attention of Nick Steinbach. Bids will be privately opened and all bidders will be notified of the results following the opening.

The entire project is within Saint Gerald's Catholic School campus, 7857 Lakeview Street, Ralston, NE 68127. THe project consists of exterior renovation of roofing.
Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required for the construction of the St. Gerald's Catholic School - Re-Roofing Project.
Renovations will take place during staff and student summer vacation but various areas of the facility will be occupied by summer school activities. Contractors and staff will work closely to isolate areas of work.
