There will be a non-mandatory, pre-bid meeting at the project site on Tuesday, 24 February 2015 at 1:30 PM. The meeting will be in the meeting room inside the Adams Park Community Center, 3230 John A. Creighton Boulevard, Omaha, Nebraska 68111. Access to the roof will be available during the pre-bid meeting. Meeting shall be held rain or shine.

Sealed bids for the installation of a new roof for the Adams Park Community Center, Adams Park, 3230 John A. Creighton Boulevard, Omaha, Nebraska 68111 are invited and will be received on or before the bid opening date, as per the project's specifications.
The Work consists of providing and installing a new roofing system for the existing community center building except as noted on the Drawings.
The Work includes demolition of existing roof membranes, metal roofing and insulation.
The Work includes installation of new insulation, roof membrane and metal roofing as specified.
The Work shall include all General, Mechanical and Electrical construction as required from installation of new roofing system.
The Work will be constructed under a single prime contract.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
