Construction Manager - Agent's Name: BD Construction, Inc.

The Work consists of two, new, one-story, slab-on-grade building additions totaling 7,708 SF and renovation of the existing, one-story, slab-on-grade building mostly constructed in 1968 and encompassing 104,663 SF. The site consists of earthwork, utilities and limited concrete paving. The building additions consist of load-bearing masonry construction with brick veneer, precase hollow-core roof deck, aluminum storefront, interior metal stud framing with gypsum wallboard, wood interior doors with hollow metal frames. Finishes include paint, rubber flooring, carpet flooring and acoustical panel and gypsum wallboard ceilings. Wholesale renovation work encompasses approximately 42,463 SF of the existing building and includes complete demolition of interior walls, operable partition walls, floor/ceiling finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing and preparation for new aluminum storefront, interior metal stud framing with gypsum wallboard, wood interior doors with hollow metal frames. Finishes include paint, rubber flooring, carpet flooring and acoustical panel and gypsum wallboard ceilings. Included in the Work is mechanical, electrical and plumbing throughout the entire building including the installation of a fire sprinkler system.

Contract Type: Multiple Trade contracts based on a Stipulated Price as described in Document 00 5200 - Agreement Form.

Project will be constructed under multiple trade contracts with one Construction Manager - Agent coordinating and overseeing all of the project on behalf of the Owner.

Each trade contractor will secure and pay for permits and governmental fees, licenses and inspections necessary for proper execution and completion of the Prime Contractor's Work. The building permit itself for the entire project will be secured and paid for by the Owner or the Owner's Agent.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF THE ARCHITECT, WILKINS HINRICHS STOBER ARCHITECTS, 2908 West 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, NE 68845 within 15 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
