Project Description:
Project consists of renovation and addition to the existing church facility. Upon
completion, the renovated and new areas of the building will total 29,920 square feet.
Work includes demolition of the exterior courtyard.
Interior work includes demolition and renovation of portions of the building
including restrooms, office area, and worship spaces.
New construction consists of covered entry, gathering space,
and new office addition including restrooms.
The entire existing facility will be re-roofed as part of the Project.
Upgrades to existing HVAC, plumbing, electrical,
and fire protection systems are part of this project.
New water service is also including in the scope of work.
