Bid Info:   NuStyle Construction will accept lump sum bids from qualified Subcontractors via e-mail sent to toddh@nustyle.net or gregr@nustyle.net until 2:00 PM CDT on Thursday, April 30, 2015. Self-generated alternates, in both add and deduct forms, are encouraged. Bids will be opened privately and reviewed before being accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities or irregularities in bidding. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid submitted as well as a list of third-tier Subcontractors within 3 days of being awarded the project.

It is our pleasure to announce the upcoming construction of The H2.0, a new four story slab-on-grade wood framed apartment building. There will be 114 one and two bedroom residential units, comprising of approximately 86,000 SF of the overall 100,000 GSF building. The following are some relevant items of information about the project.

CD's or Electronic Downloads containing the Preliminary Schematic Design documents for this project are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $5.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
