Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received by the Adams County Conservation Board, or designee, at the Adams County Courthouse, located at 500 Ninth Street, Corning, IA 50841 until 10:00 a.m. on the 24th day of February, 2015 for all labor, materials, and furnishings under one contract and will be opened and read aloud at 10:30 am during the regular meeting of the Adams County Board of Supervisors.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Lake Icaria Cabin Additions project will modify three existing cabins at Lake Icaria's Lake View Campground, located at 1725 Lake View Road, Corning, IA (Cabins 1, 5, and 10). Planned improvements include wheelchair accessible bathrooms and kitchens in newly constructed 12' x 16' additions at the rear of the existing cabins and associated plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and site utility work.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A Refundable Deposit of $50.00 / or Builders Cards will be required to obtain Bidding Documents.

Checks made payable to Adams County Conservation Board.

Documents must be returned complete and in "like new" condition within 30 days of the bid opening to obtain a refund.
A One Reminder phone call will be placed before deposit is forfeited.



If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 25.00 per set.

CD's and Downloads of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $25.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.

All checks for purchases & shipping are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.


If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per CD.
