Work includes, but is not limited to: Renovation of the existing mechanical HVAC system to a new water cooled/geo-exchange wellfield VRF system with new general exhaust and make-up air system; General demolition, painting, cutting, patching, etc.; Demolition of existing window air conditioning and replacement of glazing; Electrical work to replace the existing entrance panel, service panels and conductors, new lighting for the dormitory areas; Demolition and installation of new IT cabling to the building; New kitchen hood and make-up air system.

Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within 30 calendar days after the bid date.
