Fremont Housing Authority, Stanton Tower Boiler Replacement

SCOPE of PROJECT: and install new boilers, water heaters, water softener, pumps,
ducting, as specified in Project NE100-501-14-01 Stanton Tower
Boiler Project Manual. Projects include materials and labor for demo
and disposition of old equipment, new pumps, storage tank,
boiler sequence panel, gas and water piping, insulating,
replacement of gate, control and isolation valves, control wiring,
all electrical work, emergency shutoffs, factory startup, extended warranties,
boilers inspections, permits, licenses, labor and taxes.
