Bids signed and under seal, executed, dated and submitted for furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the Heartland Bank - Hastings Branch prior to:
1. Date: February 19, 2015 2. Time: 2:00 PM 3. Place: Carmichael Construction, 1012 West 18th, Hastings, Nebraska.
Offers will be opened privately. The Owner and Contractor will consider the bids received for the furnishing of said labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper construction of the aforesaid project.

The Project consists of 9,344 square feet of new construction. Construction consists of cold-formed metal framing at exterior walls, metal stud framing at interior walls, aluminum curtain wall, aluminum storefront exterior windows and doors, brick and natural stone cladding, EPDM roofing, tile carpet, porcelain tile, wood interiors doors and frames, hollow metal doors and frames, finish carpentry including casework and custom woodworking, wood wall panels, steel stairs, complete mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low-voltage technology, audio/video, and fire sprinkler systems, and building signage and graphics. Also included in the scope of work are a metal trash enclosure, a metal equipment screen, site improvements including grading, utilities, concrete and asphalt paving, irrigation system and landscape planting.
Project will be constructed under one general construction contract.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF THE ARCHITECT, WILKINS HINRICHS STOBER ARCHITECTS, 2908 West 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, NE 68845 within 15 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
