Project Description:

New prefinished steel standing seam metal roof, wall and soffit panels for Montclair Elementary School, located at 2405 S. 138th Street, Omaha, NE 68144. The project includes removal of existing copper panels and flashings, and installing new prefinished galvanized steel panels, new flashings, minimal gutter and downspout work, aluminum soffits and constructing new sloped substrates at existing flat roof metal panel areas.
