Bid Info:   Bids signed and under seal, executed, dated, and submitted for the furnishings of all labor, materials, and equipment for the Central Community College Grand Island Geothermal Phase II will be accepted until 2:00 PM on February 10, 2015 at Central Community College - Administration Office Board Room, 3134 West Highway 34, Grand Island, Nebraska.

Offers will be opened publicly immediately after the time for receipt of bids.

Project Location: Grand Island, Nebraska

Public Notes:
Work of this proposed Contract comprises of geothermal loop field installation. There is an alternate for interior mechanical room piping pumps, including electrical work. The Mechanical and Electrical will be under one Bid. All subcontractor quotations shall be sent to the Mechanical Contractor.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com. upon receipt of a refundable deposit (check or builders card) in the amount of $50.00 payable to Alvine Engineering. Downloads which include plans and specifications are available in pdf format upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A & D Technical Supply Co.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $25.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply).

Deposits will be refunded to successful contractors upon award of the contract.
Deposits will be refunded to unsuccessful contractors if undamaged documents are returned to A&D Technical Supply within 30 days of award of contract.
