Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received at the Schuyler High School Library/Board Room, until 1:00 PM CST on the Fifth (5th) day of February, 2015 by the Schuyler Community Schools Board of Education for the project generally known as the Schuyler Preschool Stair Addition project. All bids, properly received, will be opened at that time in an open and public letting. The owner's representative will review all bids with the Architect with the intent of awarding a contract for all construction to the lowest responsible bidder.

One proposal for the General construction work, (including but not limited to any Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical construction) will be accepted.

Project Location: Schuyler, Nebraska

Public Notes:
All work is to be executed under a single prime contract between the Owner and the Successful Bidder including but not limited to General work, Mechanical work and Electrical work.

Schuyler Community Schools is exempt from State and County Sales and Use Taxes on materials and equipment to be incorporated into this Project. No Local Sales or Use Taxes for materials, supplies or equipment will be paid by the Owner. The Contractor's Bid Proposal shall not include the cost of any such taxes. For State Sales and Use Taxes, it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor and each subcontractor to complete and file an "Application for Exemption Certificate" with the Nebraska Department of Revenue and submit copies of such Certificate to the Owner upon award of the contract and prior to commencing any work.

Bid Documents, in the form of a CD of Electronic Download may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted.

Only complete sets of Electronic Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set electronic orders are allowed.

If hard copies are required for your use, they may be obtained at your expense by ordering directly from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
To be eligible to print select sheets, you must first purchase a CD or Electronic Download containing the complete set of Bid Documents.

If shipping of Bid Documents in hard copy format is required, please contact A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. for more information. 402-592-4950 x4.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents, in either Electronic or Hard Copy format, are available PURCHASE ONLY.
Do not return Bid Documents in hard copy or electronic format, as no deposit refund will be issued.
