Bid Info:   Millard Public Schools will accept sealed bids at the Don Stroh Administration Center (DSAC), Conference Room A, 5606 S. 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137 for the project generally described as the North Middle School Rooftop Unit Replacement - Phase 1 until 2:00 PM CST on February 05, 2015. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

North Middle School has several existing rooftop units - multi-zone and single zone. The District desires to replace the units as they are at the end of their useful life. The project is presented as base bid with two add-alternates. The project includes but is not limited to the following major elements:

-Removal of the indicated three multi-zone RTU's (Base Bid)
-Removal of the indicated one multi-zone RTU (Alternate #1)
-Removal of the indicated one single-zone RTU (Alternate #2)
-Removal of associated natural gas piping.
-Removal of associated condensate piping.
-Removal of existing S.A. and R.A. ductwork as required to accommodate RTU replacement.
-General demolition to accommodate equipment removal.
-Installation of the indicated three multi-zone RTU's (Base Bid)
-Installation of the indicated one multi-zone RTU (Alternate #1)
-Installation of the indicated one single zone RTU (Alternate #2)
-Installation of new natural gas piping, condensate piping, and ductwork
-Commissioning new equipment and controls.
-Electrical modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment.
-Structural modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment.
-General Construction (including roof work) to accommodate new mechanical equipment.

The temperature controls for this project shall be provided by Control Masters -(402) 333-9800

If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
