Bid Info:   The Millard Public School District will be accepting proposals for the Buell Stadium Synthetic Turf Replacement until February 5, 2015 at 11:00 am (Local Time) at which time all proposals received will be opened in public at the Don Stroh Administration Center, 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137.

Responses shall be submitted via sealed proposals in an envelope or appropriate packaging and clearly marked and identified as a proposal in response to this RFP. Proposals shall be delivered to the Don Stroh Administration Center, 5606 South 147th Street, Attn: Mr. Steve Mainelli. Each response shall include six copies of the proposal.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The work includes furnishing all labor, material, permits, fees, certification and equipment necessary to remove the existing Synthetic turf field; preparing the existing subsurface and installing a new, complete and safe Synthetic turf as specified herein. The installation of all new materials shall be performed in strict adherence with the specifications and plans, the most current ASTM standards, the manufacturer's instructions and in accordance with all details and approved shop drawings.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
Do NOT return Bid Documents, as no deposit refund will be issued.
