Project Description:
Project consists of renovation of the existing Mary Hall to support
the new intake, administrative, and holdover uses of the Youth Crisis Intervention program.
Project includes interior renovation consisting of general, mechanical, electrical and structural work.
Work includes the installation of a new elevator. Work also includes improvements
to the envelope including window replacement, masonry and plaster restoration.
Work also includes minor site improvements.
