Bid Info:   Bids for the Papillion Junior High School Utility Surcharge Package will be received until 2:00 PM local time, Tuesday January 20, 2015, at the Papillion-La Vista Public Schools Administrative Offices located at 420 South Washington Street, Papillion, Nebraska.

Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Papillion, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Board of Education of Papillion-La Vista Public Schools, County of Sarpy, State of Nebraska, will receive sealed bids for the Papillion Junior High School Renovation Utility Surcharge at 423 South Washington Street in Papillion, Nebraska.

The project consists of setting a soil surcharge over the locations of future utility lines and miscellaneous site work improvements.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Papillion-La Vista School District. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 10 calendar days of the Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
