MISCELLANEOUS STORAGE BUILDING
PROJECT NUMBERS:
AFE L-045, L-116, L-307, L-308, L-407, L-409, L-534, L-608, L-733, and L-804
will be received at the Department of Roads Operations Division, located at 5001 S. 14th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska,
until 3:30 PM, local time on Thursday January 29, 2015 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.
Proposals may be for individual, multiple, or a combination of projects as geographic location or bidder work load dictates.
The State of Nebraska, Department of Roads shall make award for projects based on geographic location, funding, and bidder work load.
AFE L-045 Operations Miscellaneous Storage Building
Construction of a Pre-
engineered metal building addition to an existing pre-engineered metal building
located at
5001 South 14th Street, Lincoln Nebraska.
Addition shall be 50’-0” deep x 30’-0” wide, eave height shall match the
existing structure, approximately 16’-0” high, with two 12’-0” wide x 12’-0”
high overhead doors to be installed in
the eave wall and one
personnel door placed in the exterior gable end wall. Electrical service is approximately
250’-0” from an existing pole mounted transformer.
