Millard Public Schools will accept sealed bids at the Don Stroh Administration Center (DSAC), 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 68137 for the construction project generally described as the Disney Elementary School Renovations until 10:00 AM (CST) on February 12, 2015, at which time, or as soon as is practical thereafter, all Bids received will be opened in public at the DSAC, in Meeting Room A.

The Work generally includes General construction (including interior demolition, concrete masonry, doors/frames/hardware, metal stud/gypsum board walls, acoustical tile ceilings, resilient base, carpeting and painting), Fire Suppression Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical construction.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
