Notice is hereby given that Lincoln Public Schools (LPS) is accepting bids from qualified
contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services on LPS Bid #11491 for the
construction and installation of field lighting at Northeast and Southeast High Schools, which will
include power to a new panel on each site, either from an existing or new utility transformer, and
work required to deliver power to distribution equipment required to feed the new lighting poles.
Site to be returned to pre-construction condition after all project work is complete. Existing fields,
tracks, and runway pavement must be protected from installation equipment. Project does not
include any landscaping work beyond repairs needed to return site to existing condition, as shown
on the drawings, specifications and other Contract Documents for the Project.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $50.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
