The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, and licenses required to construct two (2), two-story wood frame barracks facilities (6,982 Sq. Ft. and 6,615 Sq. Ft.) 49 Bed Collective Training (CT) Unaccompanied Housing (UH), Senior NCO and Officer Quarters, supporting transient unit billeting requirements for the Nebraska Army National Guard at the Greenlief Training Site, Hastings, NE. Project is designed to meet Industry Standards as well as all local, State, and Federal building codes. Construction will consist of site work and grading, utilities, installation of 2 buildings (Buildings #635 and #640), fire detection and alarm systems, capital improvements of sidewalks, exterior lighting and landscaping storm drainage. Facilities will be built to anti-terrorism measures in accordance with the DOD minimum Anti-terrorism for building standards.

Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
