Bid Info:   Bids shall be submitted prior to 9:00 am October 28, 2026 and to the attention of Jeremy Madson at Millard Public Schools, Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137. Bids received after the time indicated will not be accepted. The time clock maintained at MPS Support Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine time for close of bidding. Bids will be opened and read aloud following the time indicated for receipt of bids.

The Millard Public Schools will receive sealed Bids for the Playground Replacement project located at Sandoz Elementary, 5959 Oak Hills Dr, Omaha, NE 68137 Project will be awarded as a single combined contract. Project consists of exterior demolition of existing construction and exterior renovations of the existing playground facility.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $40.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
