This project consists of the construction of five apartment buildings totaling 168 dwelling units, a clubhouse with an associated pool and pickleball court, and two detached garage buildings.
Construction will be completed in two phases. Phase One will include mass grading, sitework and paving, Apartment Building No. 5 (44 dwelling units), the clubhouse, pool and pickleball court, and Garage Building B. The remaining project scope will be completed as part of Phase Two.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $310.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
